Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of this website, operated by Aybar Painting LLC in Colonie, New York. By using the site or submitting an estimate request, you agree to them.

Online price ranges are estimates, not quotes

The price range shown by our online estimator is an automated, non-binding ballpark. It's based on general regional pricing and the information you enter. It is not a quote, bid, offer or contract, and we aren't obligated to do work at that price.

Your actual price depends on what we find during a walkthrough: surface condition, prep and repairs, access and height, paint and finish choices, and the exact scope. It can be higher or lower than the online range. The only price that applies to a job is the one in a written quote from us that you accept. If the estimator ever shows an obviously wrong number, such as $0, please ignore it. We'll give you a proper quote.

Submitting a request

When you submit a request, you confirm that the information is accurate, that you're authorized to request work at the address you give, and that any photos you upload are yours to share. Submitting a request doesn't create a contract or guarantee scheduling.

You agree that we may contact you by email or phone about your request. We won't add you to marketing lists. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

Work agreements

Any painting work is governed by the written quote or agreement for that job, including its scope, price, schedule, payment terms and any warranty. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement wins.

Invoices and payments

We email invoices with a private link. You can pay online by card or bank transfer (ACH) through Stripe, or by another method we agree on, such as check or cash. Online payments are processed by Stripe and are subject to Stripe's terms. We never see or store your full card or bank details.

Bank transfers usually take 3–5 business days to clear, and an invoice is marked paid once the payment clears. Deposits are credited toward the job total. Questions about a charge, refunds and disputes are handled under the written agreement for your job. Please contact us first at the email below, and we'll make it right.

Keep your invoice link private. Anyone with the link can view that invoice.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site. That includes submitting false or someone else's information, sending spam, uploading harmful files, or trying to access areas or data you aren't authorized to see.

Ownership and license

This website, including its design, text, graphics, logo and the online estimator, belongs to Aybar Painting LLC and is protected by copyright and trademark law. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, revocable permission to use the site to learn about our services, request estimates and pay invoices. You may not copy, resell, scrape or reverse-engineer the site or its estimator, or use our name or logo, without our written permission.

Photos and information you send us

You keep ownership of the photos and other content you upload. By uploading them, you confirm you have the right to share them, and you let us use them only to review your project, prepare your estimate and do the work. They are stored privately, are not published on this site, and are deleted under our Privacy Policy. We won't use your photos in our marketing unless you give us separate permission.

Please don't upload photos of other people without their permission, or anything you don't have the right to share.

Copyright concerns

We respect others' intellectual property. If you believe something on this site infringes your copyright, email aybarpainting518@gmail.com. Include a description of the work, where it appears on the site, your contact information, and a statement that you believe in good faith the use isn't authorized. We'll review it promptly and remove infringing material.

Website content

Information on this site, such as service descriptions, typical timelines and FAQ answers, is general and may change without notice. The site is provided "as is", and we don't guarantee that it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for losses from using the website itself. This doesn't limit any rights you have under a work agreement with us or under consumer protection law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
